Berlin-based climate tech startup VREY has built something genuinely rare: a certified, end-to-end platform for tenant electricity and smart metering that’s already operational across all 16 German federal states – and they’re just getting started!

VREY’s timing is no accident. Germany’s new Gemeinschaftliche Gebäudeversorgung framework opens the door to a fundamentally different energy model for residential and commercial real estate, and VREY is the infrastructure layer making it work.
